This project is for an entrepreneur and his partner, both passionate about cars and motorsports, who plans to work long hours from his new home due to its greater distance from his businesses. He seeks to give prominence to his cars —which he considers works of art—by opening the garage to the living room, dining area, and kitchen. This allows him to appreciate it during his daily activities, while the pine louvers screen unwanted views of his home office to help him concentrate. From this office, by positioning himself at the right angle, he can oversee the common areas of the house as well as the outdoor platform featuring the pool, a modest lounge area, and the rest of the garden.

The master bedroom is located at one end of the house, past two en-suite bedrooms for guests or future children, and separated from the living areas to ensure peace and quiet in a more secluded, exclusive private space. At the opposite end of the house is a storage space backed by a bathroom, accessible from the living quarters but also discreetly open to the outdoor platform, doubling as a changing room and shower for pool users.
